June - October 2011

The following are complaints reported and noted in the Regina Detachment Policing Report for the period of June - October, 2011. The Regina Detachment responded to/investigated the following matters:

One injury traffic collision reported and investigated, cleared otherwise.
One reportable and one non reportable traffic collision investigated, cleared otherwise.
Sixteen traffic offences reported and investigated, six charges laid and two complaints cleared otherwise.
One complaint of driving while disqualified investigated and unfounded.
One municipal traffic bylaw complaint received and investigated, and was unfounded.
Four municipal bylaw (other) were received and three cleared otherwise.
Two impaired drivers, charges were laid.
Fourteen Provincial Statutes (except traffic) were investigated and one charge laid, eleven cleared otherwise and two still under investigation.
One complaint of uttering threat against property/animal received and charges laid.
One complaint of fail to comply with conditions of undertaking or recognizance received and investigated. The complaint was unfounded.
One complaint of fail to comply with an undertaking investigated and charges laid.
Three complaints of disturbing the peace received and still under investigation.
One charge of Trafficking - Schedule II: Cannabis still under investigation.
One complaint of Controlled Drugs & Substance Act received and cleared otherwise.
One complaint of Criminal Harassment received and charges laid.
Three harassing phone call complaints received and cleared otherwise.
Two complaints of assault with weapon or cause bodily harm received, cleared otherwise.
Seven complaints of theft under $5000 received, one cleared otherwise and six still under investigation.
One complaint of theft of bicycle received and still under investigation.
One theft of electric/gas/telecommunication service under or $5000 received, unfounded.
One complaint of mischief/damage to property, under investigation.
Two complaints of theft under $5000 from a motor vehicle still under investigation.
Four complaints of theft of truck received, one unfounded, one cleared otherwise and two still under investigation.
One complaint of theft of other motor vehicles still under investigation.
Two complaints of theft over $5000 of a motor vehicle still under investigation.
Nineteen calls of mischief to, or obstruct enjoyment of property, seven cleared otherwise and twelve still under investigation.
Three complaints of fraud less than $5000 received, one unfounded and two still under investigation.
Three complaints of break and enter, one of business, one to residence and one to other, all still under investigation.
One complaint of unlawfully in a dwelling house still under investigation.
One complaint of abandoned vehicle, cleared otherwise.
Five complaints of suspicious person/vehicle received and investigated, four cleared otherwsie and one still under investigation.
Fifty-six false alarm complaints received and all cleared otherwise.
One lost/found complaint received and cleared otherwise.
One assistance general public complaint received and cleared otherwise.
One request to locate individual received and cleared otherwise.
