This class is an introduction to the world of yoga breathing and posture. We will explore some standard yoga postures and simple breathing practices that you can bring into your daily self-care. Please bring a yoga mat and any yoga props that you already have.
Tuesdays from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the White City Community Centre.
