About the Grant
The Special Event and Program Grant supports new or unique one-time events or programs that foster community pride, engagement, and spirit in the Town of White City. Eligible applicants include registered nonprofits in good standing with the Town.
The Town offers two funding streams under the Special Event and Program Grant:
Minor Grant Funding requests up to $250 | Major Grant Funding requests from $250 up to a maximum of $1,000 |

Funding preference will be given to initiatives that directly benefit White City residents and align with the Town’s Parks & Recreation Master Plan, including:
- Promoting a healthy, active, and inclusive community.
- Providing accessible opportunities for all ages and abilities.
- Enhancing trails, parks, and community gathering spaces.
- Expanding opportunities for events and celebrations.
- Supporting innovative and complementary amenities within the Town.
